The Jailer (Chandra Mohan) feels frustrated about Chinna and receives him. He raises Chinna alongside his child, Sanjay (Rajiv Kanakala) and girl. However the corrections officer\'s dad detests Chinna since he was destined to a detainee. In an emotional circumstance, Chinna murders the Jailer\'s sibling and is placed in prison. Upon discharge, the prison guard and his family advise Chinna to avoid them. So Chinna moves into an unpleasant neighborhood that happens to be under the control of the nearby mafia there. He overwhelms the mafia there in the end and turns into a defender for the general population there. An agent in the chief\'s office (Charmy) enters as a co-occupant in Chinna\'s home. Love grows between them. Notwithstanding, she erroneously expect that Chinna is a delicate natured fellow. She\'s ignorant of his notoriety in that region nor of his lethal past. Their relationship breaks when she at long last finds reality about Chinna. How would they get back together? For what reason did Chinna murder the prison guard\'s sibling? Will Chinna turn into a piece of the corrections officer\'s family once more?
